Exchange and return policy:
At iChoices, we do not accept exchanges or returns for items sold through us after the customer receives the order, in order to preserve public health, except in certain cases, which are:
- Before completing the processing of the order and changing its status to (executed) and issuing the bill of lading.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage to the piece.
- The exchange and return of the parts must be in the same original condition, without opening the packaging and using the product, and the product will not be accepted otherwise.
- The customer bears all shipping costs.
- The amount will be returned to the customer if the conditions are met within a maximum period of 10 working days.
